By accessing and using VistaLicense services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Provided

VistaLicense provides software licensing services including but not limited to:

  • cPanel/WHM licenses for VPS and dedicated servers
  • Plesk licenses for VPS and dedicated servers
  • CloudLinux OS licenses
  • LiteSpeed Web Server licenses
  • DirectAdmin licenses
  • Other server management software licenses

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Payment Terms

Pricing and Billing

  • All prices are listed in USD and INR
  • Payment is due in advance for the selected billing cycle
  • Licenses are activated upon successful payment confirmation
  • Late payments may result in service suspension

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and instant activation, we do not offer refunds on license purchases. Please ensure you select the correct license type before completing your purchase.

5. License Usage and Restrictions

Permitted Use

  • Licenses are valid for the specified server IP address only
  • One license per server/IP address
  • Commercial use is permitted as per software vendor terms
  • Backup installations on the same server are allowed

Prohibited Activities

  • Sharing licenses between multiple servers
  • Reselling or redistributing licenses without authorization
  • Using licenses for illegal or malicious activities
  • Attempting to crack or bypass license validation

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our licensing services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

License activation is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours in rare cases requiring manual verification.

7. Technical Support

We provide technical support for:

  • License activation and installation assistance
  • IP address changes and license transfers
  • Billing and account-related inquiries
  • General software configuration guidance

Support does not include server administration, custom software development, or third-party software troubleshooting.

8. Intellectual Property

All software licenses are provided by their respective vendors (cPanel, Plesk, CloudLinux, etc.). VistaLicense acts as an authorized reseller and does not claim ownership of the licensed software.

The VistaLicense website, branding, and proprietary systems are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

VistaLicense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend services immediately for:

  • Violation of these terms and conditions
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Abuse of our systems or support staff

Upon termination, your access to services will cease, but payment obligations for services already provided remain.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
