All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any license purchases.

Why No Refunds?

  • Shared Licensing Model: Our cost-effective pricing is possible due to our shared licensing structure
  • Industry Standard: Most software license providers operate under similar no-refund policies

2. No Trial Licenses Available

We do not offer trial licenses or free evaluation periods. All licenses must be purchased at full price before activation.

3. What This Means for You

4. Limited Exceptions

While our general policy is no refunds, we may consider exceptions only in the following rare circumstances:

  • Technical Error: If we are unable to deliver the license due to a technical error on our end
  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make duplicate payments for the same license
  • Service Failure: If we cannot provide the licensed service within 48 hours of purchase

Note: Customer errors, change of mind, or compatibility issues are not grounds for refunds.

5. License Transfers Instead of Refunds

While we don't offer refunds, we do provide free license transfers:

  • Transfer your license to a different server IP address
  • Change license configuration if technically possible
  • Upgrade to a higher license tier (additional payment required)

Important: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate suspension of all services and may lead to account termination.
